SFYBA's award winning program (voted best of the San Francisco by Bay Area Parent since 2013) specializes in solid classical ballet training from toddlers creative movement through pre-professional levels of study. Children's classes are the perfect blend of creativity, fun and structure. SFYBA students have gone on to study at acclaimed schools such as The Joffrey Ballet, ABT, Boston Ballet among others. We focus on the enriching experience of studying classical dance as much as the technical aspects. SFYBA also offers classes in Theater and Contemporary dance. Our performing company, SF Youth Ballet Theatre produces an annual "Nutcracker" which is both entertaining and family oriented. It has become a must see in San Francisco.
